Yes, I am, I'm prepping for my first mailing campaign and I have questions about direct mail marketing. Anyone who could just help get started would be really helpful. I know what types of sellers I'm looking for I just need help getting to them.

Are there any wholesalers in this area that are just killing the industry right now. I have a ton of questions about marketing.

Ok so I met a Broker in Atlanta a couple of months ago. I've just now decided what I really want to do as far as my plan. Which is househack. So I want to see if he could help me put offers in on listings that come across his table. How do I propose this to him and where could he benefit from it ?

Harrison Portwood do you think the LLC is really necessary ? Like in what ways are you liable when you don't have one ?
