What’s up guys so I just closed on my first deal Friday and it came from a d4d campaign. You know what they say invest your profits back into the marketing channel that got you the deal in the first place... right? Thats where I’m at now and I need some expert advice on creating an effective d4d system that isn’t going to burn a lot of cash. Drop any advice that you have on building up your Dealmachine team ? Any resources/courses ?

@Nick Britton Okay thanks. Are there any sources that you would recommend to learn how to do it the right way ? Or is it like an continuous testing thing ?

I've decided that I'm going to go with one marketing channel to get leads until I've mastered and automated it so I chose Facebook I don't really see a lot of people doing it but I have heard good things about if you know what you're doing. If you've done any deals from Facebook or are currently getting deals from it. Could you drop some gems ?

@Robert Leonard Yeah I mean there are wholesalers that also buy some of their deals but I mean if you're a beginner I think it's a good way to get skin in the game first and learn how things work. I think it'll be a lil tough to work with a partner when you haven't did any deals yet but that's just my opinion and why I'm deciding to wholesale
