I often hear entrepreneurs talk about long 13 hour days every day of the week for years until they reach their ultimate goal. My question is what exactly dees that typical day consist of when you're just starting out in REI ? Like what practical actions are you taking everyday.

See the thing is I'm not from here. I just came from Ga about 3 weeks ago so I'm tryna figure out hows the market doing in the Atlantic County area. Reason why I ask what's your property criteria is so I can get an understanding of what properties are good for Wholesaling so I can search for them

Can you explain a little more about how you're able to buy 3 million worth of buy and holds per quarter? That's like 12 million a year right ? What is your strategy?

I'm no expert but I think you should let the $70 late fee go. He's showed that he can pay on time for 3 years straight so I think he deserves the benefit of the doubt. Also he paid on time the following month, now if it starts to become consistent then i think you should start to enforcing your policies
