 Who is your property manager? What would you consider high? Have you seen the quality of work that was done in the past? Many time investors try to cut corners on cost but end up paying more in the end because shoddy work is done. We have our own property management company and own our own investments and we learned this the hard way. PM if you don't want to share details here.

Hi all, as some of you know I am in Raleigh/Cary area at the moment and I am helping out a friend of mine who is rent a large Commercial building . The lease is 5 years with escalators built into it. He is looking to either build a warehouse building, or buy an existing building where the floor space to the ceiling has to be between 35 ft and 39 ft. I am working on getting the SQFT needed. I want to see if there is someone in the area that could help us out as I don't know much about commercial real estate in the area.

Folks, I have moved from the frozen tundra in the north to the warmer climate with my wife!

I know there are local groups here that meet occasionally and I would like to get acquainted with them. I also run a property management business back north and I am considering opening an office down here but I would love to learn from others before I venture out on my own.
