Hello BP!! I currently own a SFR in Buffalo, NY and need a local handyman to perform some minor repairs. Need a window replaced, and ceiling painted. The property is currently managed by a local Property Management company in Buffalo but their quotes for these repairs seem pretty high. Wanted to shop around before deciding if I should have the PM perform the repairs. Any recommendations you may have for Buffalo, NY handyman would be greatly appreciated!!
