Commercial Real Estate site needed in Raleigh/Cary NC

Hi all, as some of you know I am in Raleigh/Cary area at the moment and I am helping out a friend of mine who is rent a large Commercial building . The lease is 5 years with escalators built into it. He is looking to either build a warehouse building, or buy an existing building where the floor space to the ceiling has to be between 35 ft and 39 ft. I am working on getting the SQFT needed. I want to see if there is someone in the area that could help us out as I don't know much about commercial real estate in the area.
