Hi everyone on these forums. My name is Mike. I am totally new to real estate. I want to get into because investments have always been interesting to me. I have a few questions. What is the best process to ensure success. I mean first of all let me tell you a little about background. I graduated from RIT as a business student. So I understand how the basics of the business world works. I don't have much in the way of assets I am only 23. I think I have about 2k in stocks 2.5k in CDS 2.6k in a savings account and tons of student debt. What books should I read? How should I start? thanks guys.
