@Ryan Pozzi

A lot of average people might laugh when you say you can learn how to get ritch by simply playing a board game or an online game. But truly they can laugh all they want lol it doesn't matter if you're a seasoned investor or a newbie playing the game Cashflow by Robert Kiyosaki can really build your wealth building strategies. The online version starts out by setting your goals to what you want to achieve in the long run AKA the fast track and it's up to you how quickly you get to the fast track.then It gives you a set middle class salary ,such as a janitors income with his average debt to income ratio then it drops you straighten a rat race. Everything in the game is based on reality . It allows you to make mistakes and learn different strategies in order to get to the fast track. It's all up to you how and how fast you can learn. I could sit here and explain everything very detailed list but some reason this message board is limiting My space, not allowing me to see what I'm writing on my phone. So excuse me if my words are misspelled lol. Go check the game out at richdad.com . Like I said they can laugh all they want ,I'm playing the game in real life now on my way to a very wealthy future,

@Shiloh Lundahl. I have not read the other comments only what you have posted I'm sure someone has mentioned. But if you really want a wealthy mindset ,Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki is by far the best book for the wealthy minded .he specifically shows the cash flow charts, difference between the poor,middle class and the rich .

Found a amazing cash flowing 14 unit on loopnet. This property is in the perfect location🤤 "great neighborhood",lots of drive through traffic, it sits right on a corner of a busy 4-way traffic light intersection🤤🚦➕✅ the location honestly couldn't get any better🤤 . Just so happened to ran into the maintenance guy when I was checking out the property and he let me do a walk through in one of the units being cleaned. He had a good bit of information to share, knew a lot about the apartment. Just so happens the actual investor lives in Colorado and his property manager takes care of everything just like a property manager should. I've done my quick dirty analysis based on the information provided on loopnet, all I need now is actual facts to make sure all of the information provided is based on reality. I've been trying to call every day to set up a meeting .. every time I call she will answer "hello" I'll get a couple words out telling her I'm investor very interested in the property and then she hangs up on me. If i try to to call back she hits the ignore button. . My theory is she's afraid she's going to lose her job if the property sells to another investor. If My theory is right she most definitely would lose her job if I was to take over the property 😂. It's pretty much common sense because if the property wasn't for sale anymore or has already sold it would be a very easy conversation. like "sorry the property isn't available anymore have a good day" . Anyways what r y'alls thought on this .how can I get ahold of the actual property investor?

What is the best way to receive tenant payments every month . Is doing a auto draft from the tenants account a option? Surely it is. It just sounds super old school and exhausting having to deal With 100+ tenants paying cash or check every month . Of course you can get someone to handle all that for you. But come on....lol it's 2019 💡 out with the old in with the new. Surely there's an upgraded system in place . I would love to hear how everyone manages their payment system.
