Hey guys. Can anyone recommend a good attorney to deal with construction company? In the event a construction company does not do the work they were contracted to do in due time causing huge delays and extra costs on top of the contracted amount to finish a property.

Thanks in advance.

We are in 2 markets right now. Our primary market is in New Jersey. The leads have become scarce now due to too many inexperienced people coming into the market. We need to have a consistent supply of purchases because of private funding we are sitting on.

How are you guys getting your leads now? What is working for you guys and what isn't? Wondering if we need to start doing some other things that we currently are not doing right now.

We are doing Bandit signs and EDDM postcards. Getting a lot of calls on bandit signs but its mostly other Investors or wholesalers calling us. We are not getting as many direct sellers calling us as we used to. EDDM postcards we will not be doing anymore as we are not getting good responses from there.

Anyone know where I can get a template to show private lenders my property portfolio? I want to show them the returns the private lenders have gotten on my projects.

Thanks

Anyone know someone, reply to this post or send me a direct message. Thanks

Anyone have any recommendation for a good meeting venue in the Central Jersey area? I want to use that venue for doing meetups and dinner meetings with my Private Lenders.

Hey guys

Can you guys recommend a place to get tiles for bathroom (floor and tub area) and kitchen (floor).

I know Home Depot and Lowes have tiles but want to find some other speciality stores where prices are not outrageous.

I have been getting them from Home Depot but want to start buying them from a tile store to build a relationship so I can go to them for all my rehabs.

Thanks

I have a separate computer set up for QB that I don't use for personal stuff. She updates my books twice a month.

Try to find one who has real estate experience. It will make you life much easier.
