I am also now looking to get an online accounting program. I buy properties to rehab and sell. Each property is under a separate name so I want to be able to track expenses for all these projects. 

Will QuickBooks Online Plus be able to do that for me? I'm reading a lot of people are complaining about their poor customer service.

I am looking to buy properties for rehab in the Westchester county. Currently I'm doing multiple rehabs in the New Jersey area. Can someone who is there guide me to the best areas to be in? I want to avoid areas where it will be hard to resell the house. Looking for good family oriented neighborhoods.

Are there any good places with good reasonable prices besides Home Depot or Lowe's?

Can someone in the Central New Jersey area recommend a good landscaper? I need to do some basic landscaping for my rehab project in New Brunswick.

I am starting to take part in a lot of community events to get private money people for my rehab deals. So its good to have a brand image.

Has anyone gotten custom polo shirts for their business? There are a bunch of places where you can get them online. Wondering if anyone has good experience of one place over another?
