Nathan thanks for the advice on Keller Williams. Just called them up and really excited to hear their pay structure and their emphasis on continued training and use of technology.

Expecting to get my Real Estate license next month. Looking for recommendations on any investor friendly Real Estate companies where I can hang my license.

Let me know if anyone has any they can recommend.

Does the operating agreement have to be witnessed by an attorney or it can be any person?

I opened the LLC myself. One of my wholesaler buddies here will be sending me his operating agreement and I'll just use the same one. Didn't have need of operating agreement before the title company asked for it.

J Scott, I'm thinking its for the same reason also.
