You guys are doing so many cool things! In my wildest dream world - I would love to close on my first small multi- family. I have been on the hunt for about 8 months and have had some things fall through. I started out with my older brother being my realtor and I do not think that was the best idea. So please, fellow investors please send me some good vibes. 

Looking at a lead and wondering if an above ground oil tank is something that is an issue? The oil tank is in the garage above ground. What should I take into consideration when examining this lead? Removal? Testing the ground ? How much does it cost to get rid of that and get heating units that are split ? in a tough market and looking to break in and secure my first property. Please comment your thoughts? 

thins market is tough (Plainfield) union county. Multi families are selling fast ! I am hoping to close on something before the end of the school year. Yes I do teach her - I teach 9th grade history, this is year 6 for me. Good luck wi getting things off the ground.

@Oscar Buendia when did you graduate from Phs? I graduated in 2005. I am teacher at Plainfield and I am trying to get my first property before the end of the year!

Anyone actively investing in South River, NJ. I saw two properties with extremely low taxes. I wanted to know if anyone currently has properties in South River.
