I would shop around. I would google search the law firm and add the word 'review,' 'scam,' 'rip off,' 'lawsuit,' etc. In my personal experience that LLC price is just silly. Still very new to investing but I have formed an LLC with my wife in Nevada for an other than real estate purpose. We paid no where near half that price. Good luck!

My name is Richard Brain. My wife, Kimisha, and I are entering the world of real estate investing. We discovered Brandon Turner & Josh Dorkin through Google searching. We have watched several BiggerPockets YouTube videos/webinars in the past few days.

We are looking for a real estate investment group in Las Vegas, Nevada. We would like to learn more about the many facets of RE investing.
