Hello BiggerPockets network, it is phenomenal to meet everyone! My name is James Olinda, I have been traveling the USA in a DIY renovated Airstream for the past three years with my wife, baby girl and two pups, and it's been an incredible adventure.

We just purchased a small piece of land, so we're invested in real estate and are laying the groundwork for more investments. 

I'm just here to network and expand my knowledge, plus contribute a bit of my understanding of the DIY and RVing community/tiny home movement. I'm really looking forward to getting plugged into this group. In particular, I'll give a shout out to the podcasts (thanks to @Joshua Dorkin , @Brandon Turner and @Scott Trench in episode 223). They've been amazing, I've appreciated having access to dozens of great minds via just being able to listen to so many successful investors and business owners.

Our property is in Arizona, though we spend a lot of the year in Pennsylvania as well. So if anyone is in the Arizona market, it's where I want to begin investing our money and time, we love it there and we'd love to chat and meet up at a local group. Obviously, we're willing to travel a bit, since our house ends up following us everywhere :)
