My name is Richard Brain. My wife, Kimisha, and I are entering the world of real estate investing. We discovered Brandon Turner & Josh Dorkin through Google searching. We have watched several BiggerPockets YouTube videos/webinars in the past few days.

We are looking for a real estate investment group in Las Vegas, Nevada. We would like to learn more about the many facets of RE investing. Initially, we are interested in wholesaling, house hacking & purchasing multi-family units. Constantly studying. Looking for guidance. Taking actionable steps daily.
