Hi Everyone I'm new to Bigger Pockets

My name is Jorge

I'm from southern California and am looking to get into real estate investing. Been listening to the podcast for a while, read several books, been reading up on the forums and decided its time to finally make a post. I have 15yrs of construction experience and I am looking forward to begin my real estate journey. My endgame is buy and hold multifamily but figured I would start with wholesaling and flipping. Currently I begun to look in the markets in the Orange County and Inland Empire county. I have started my marketing campaign by doing yellow letters. If any one can give me tips or tricks lol I would appreciate it.

thanks

JorgeJorge
