@Trina Walker please do your due diligence! I'm sure you're a very intelligent women.

DO A GOOGLE SEARCH ON "FORTUNE BUILDERS REVIEWS," "FORTUNE BUILDERS SCAM," "FORTUNE BUILDERS LAWSUITS," ETC.

I cannot vouch for FB's credibility but I can tell you by doing the very thing I'm suggesting for you to do that my wife and I dodged a $52k+ missile and subsequently found Bigger Pockets.

ALL THE REAL ESTATE INFORMATION YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IS FREE!

In podcast 222 with @Jay Hinrichs, he states that whatever has been done today in real estate was done 20, 40 and 60 years ago. There is nothing new under the sun.

My wife and I are brand new to REI. Bigger Pockets is our source for RE information. We have already made real life relationships with BP members. Please be careful. We are all trying to keep you from regrets not judge your ability to make a decision. Just please, take a moment and make an informed decision.

Please reach out if my wife and I can ever be of any help. Best wishes and stay blessed.

I met with @Jon Lee this morning for coffee at our first meet up. Take Jon up on his offer!

This man is genuine and knowledgeable. You have everything to gain by reaching out to him.

This is unsolicited!

Hello Byron! I would encourage you to complete your profile and stay active daily on BP. It brings credibility to you and shows your level of commitment. It also allows others to reach out to you with a PM. My wife and I are joining REIA Las Vegas.

https://www.reialv.com/ Visit that site. It lists the next meeting(s).

Would like to meet for coffee to share dreams and ideas. Let us know.

Why would you JV? With your manager and them, that's like having two middle men.. Depending the terms of your lease, jack rents and shut it down. If you like the idea of AirBnB'ing it, then switch the property over and do that yourself.

Vacation rental traffic wear down properties faster than long term guest. More foot traffic, partying, etc.

Brutally honest and "Nothing personal. It's just business." Great advice!
