New to BP and looking to network more with others who are investing in RE within the Columbus area. I will be working with a private money lender and looking to purchase in the near future. I would like to connect with other investors and discuss strategies with the current market. I have already done research and I am narrowing down my criteria for my first investment. I would really like insight on MF in Columbus and SFH flipping opportunities. Thanks!
