Im glad someone else sees that. Consideration does not need to be satisfied with cash; it simply needs to be satisfied.

Noone in delaware I know of has ever seen it happen. Attorney, investor, noone. I have seen a form letter sent, about a year ago. Why that happened, I don't know. It simply said the bank knew the home had transferred hands, and thats it. Big waste of paper.

These days, banks do not care who pays the loan. Keep it current, and its no problem. Why would they shoot themselves in the foot, and call the loan due? They know darn well its not going to get paid off, if they make that move.

I have a contract on a house that is 11 months behind in payments, and the bank simply keeps extending his loan, and wrapping the payments around the backend. They do not want the house, and will do anything to keep that loan appearing "performing". :D

So are we still watching baseball? A record number of pitchers are taking line drives to the face, for some reason. Some blame it on the bats, some say its just coincidence.

Utley is on fire. He's MVP if he keeps playing like he's been.

The best buy here charges $149 just to have them look at your computer. If they can't do anything, you still get charged.

Just read the forum links above, and remove it yourself. Run regedit, and find ewido. If it ends up being malware or something along those lines, just post back here, and we can fix that too.

Careful editing your registry though. Don't remove anything you aren't sure of.

I had problems with gyms too. Getting ready, driving there, waiting in line for machines, I felt it was a waste of time. It's THE main reason I work out at home. Not only that, but you'll save alot of money.

I have to listen to music that gets me fired up, when I work out. I don't have a good workout without it. You can't beat rage against the machine for throwing around weights.

Other than that, I don't really have a method. You just have to go do it. I have a cutout of Lacey Chabert that a friend gave me for helping him move. Its right next to my rack. It helps. :D

So are we counting porn, or no? Just kidding.

Im at isohunt often, bodybuilding.com forums, and lots of different tech forums.

My guilty pleasure is TMZ.com. I know, who cares about celebrities. I don't either, though I love seeing them act like fools.

Hey all cash, being you mentioned DIY sites, check out instructables.com. I always thought it was a pretty neat site. Its mostly things people make from household items. Alot of it is useless, but there are some good ones.

I have AVG 8.0, and have been using only AVG for years. Im not sure why you can't update. Right click the icon in the lower right corner, click update now, and you're done.

Its happened before. See these links. You might have to remove ewido from the registry, manually.

What do you mean by lease and option? Are you talking about sandwich leasing, or buying outright (or sub2), then lease optioning?

Just wondering what you are looking to do.
