He answers his own emails too. I would mail him, if you had specific questions about his program(s).

I can't stand her most of the time, but this was kinda funny. Apparently, Mccain used her in a negative light, in one of his ads.

I hate to be the one to say enough with the "socialism" ********.

We all know we aren't as free as we think. We never were, and have never been. We will always be governed. Whether it be by your god, by state, or by our own minds.

Freedom exists only in our own capacity. Finding external "freedom" does not exist, imo.

A wonderful article, that reminds me of a few family members. Its not exactly blaming anything, but its focused on summer, and is just great.

If you don't own a well managed restaurant, then the restaurant business sucks. I've cooked everything from pizzas to foie gras, and it all sucks. I've tended bar, waited tables, cooked, and I stand by that statement.

Kitchens are food banks for employees. They will eat out of the kitchen all day long. All of them, including your managers. I've walked in and 12 steaks were on the grill, all for employees. Most employees are drinkers, and will steal booze. Give them a chance, and they will steal anything.

You will have to be there, or you will lose money. Period.

Nice addition dude. Im hoping its not bombarded with agents' market priced single family homes, but I can see that happening.

Is this new, or did I miss it? I know you said "relaunched", and im just wondering what happened the first time around.

Just curious. You don't have to answer that. :D

Well, its not a typo, but its a mess. The plumbing is ok, no water heater, the ac units are broke, it needs some flooring replaced, new carpet, paint, and a third bedroom. The windows are there, but there is a home about 4 houses down missing all of them.

I talked to a property manager in st. louis, and he says the area is not incredibly bad, but there is crime. The pictures he sent shows land rovers parked on the same street, so its either an ok area, or there are high-rolling drug dealers. These are brick style row homes, all built in the 20's. It appears parts of st louis are packed with them.

There are tons of homes for 1K and under. It has to be a bad area.

Heres a lot about 1 mile away for a thousand bucks.

So I've never purchased a rental, and never really planned on it, but I found a home for 500 dollars. Zillow says its worth 80K, and rentslicer says it will rent for $750/mon. Its 1700 sq. ft., and I have a call in for repairs, etc. Its a brick home, built in 1920, I think it was.

One problem, the area is violent. Those aren't my words, those are the words of a website that breaks down the population, I stumbled upon. I was wondering if any property managers here were from st. louis, and could tell me about the area. It sounds like the ghetto, more or less. I'm wondering how long it would take to rent it out, after repairs are done.
