Hey BP, I would like to know what is your opinion on wholesaling short sale properties for a newbie, what are the pros and cons, and what are some of the mistakes you mad so I can learn from it. Thanks in advance

2: Direct Mailing Services (mail letters out to the list)

3: Skip Trace services (find owners)

4: Co Calling (make calls)

5: Buyers List (Investers)

6: Anything else I need to execute wholesaling

Well actually I found one HML on BP and the fund 100% of the purchase price and rehab but I would need to fund the closing and a few other stuff that adds up to 20% of the loan amount

Hey BP, so I found a deal and now I need help with funding it so I was looking into hard money lender but now I need 20-30% of my own liquid cash. If I had the 20-30% I wouldn’t need a hard money lender so where do I got from here now? Please help

What is a Joint Venture Lender and can you recommend me to one?

Hey BP my name is Tony and I have been doing alot of research, reading and analyzing and I want to buy and rehab and flip of hold if the numbers make sence. I been looking out of state because here in NY is to expensive but I noticed all the agents I speak to doesn’t really want to work with investors out of state. I have the knowledge, I have the credit score, I have some money, I’m willing to partner with others and fund my deals with a hard money lender, I have the hustle, but still can’t find no deal. Please help
