@Justin Sheley I currently work along with Fund and Grow and this is my first round of funding and they got me $79k and fund and grow work along side with a company called Plastiq that wire the money on your behalf and then they charge the credit cards thats was accumulated from fund and grow. That’s basically how it works.

@Caleb Heimsoth based on my research great number to start but is it had to find a deal that is 10% and up because most turn key company offer 9% and below.

@Royce Sanders Hey, for the past year I have been reading books and listening to multiple podcast regarding real estate investing to grow my financial literacy. I have work along with a company called Fund and Grow as far as funding and I have created an LLC, all I need now is help with finding a property and start analyzing a deal. My main goal is to buy and hold Rental properties (BRRRR) to achieve financial freedom. I'm looking for advice from other investors and would like to partner up with investors in NY to learn more about buy and hold.
