Hey BP, I would like to know what is your opinion on wholesaling short sale properties for a newbie, what are the pros and cons, and what are some of the mistakes you mad so I can learn from it. Thanks in advance

Forget it.....the contracts are non assignable and the lender will require a legit POF or prespproval before they will start to process it.
