New to this and have no idea where to go next
Hey BP my name is Tony and I have been doing alot of research, reading and analyzing and I want to buy and rehab and flip of hold if the numbers make sence. I been looking out of state because here in NY is to expensive but I noticed all the agents I speak to doesn’t really want to work with investors out of state. I have the knowledge, I have the credit score, I have some money, I’m willing to partner with others and fund my deals with a hard money lender, I have the hustle, but still can’t find no deal. Please help
