I'm a little confused.  Are you looking for financing to acquire the property?  Or re-financing once you turn the property around?

What I am hearing due to the indicators you mentioned is that this could further support the Fed reducing rates next week.  Looking to do a refi on my MF so this would be welcomed news.

Other than that, I am on the hunt for my next deal. It's a lot harder than looking for SFH opportunities. I've considered selling, but without line of sight to at least a couple strong deals I would risk sitting on the sideline and getting hit with a big capital gain. So I'll probably pull out some equity and either buy a smaller deal independently, or possibly partner up on something larger.

ATTENTION Techies and Gadget Guys/Gals....I need some help. I would like to install some form of security camera in my laundry room at the apartment complex. Obviously, i want to keep it economical.

Option 1) Wireless camera that backs up data to the cloud (requires a monthly internet service, which I currently do not have at the complex)

Option 2) Camera that backs up data to an SD card (cheap, but I think the card will fill up quickly...like a few days at most)

Option 3) Mock camera (may deter crime but could have a liability issue if someone was ever a victim to a crime)

Option 4) Do nothing

Obviously this is not the same as having a home security system as most of us have an internet service plan. That just seems cost prohibitive to have a monthly obligation "just" for this one use.
Thoughts?

So let me phrase the question in a different manner. How much hassle has a pre-payment penalty been for anyone? If you had a choice (same interest rate) between a 5 year term with a 4-3-2-1-0 waterfall or a 7 year with a 5-4-3-2-1-0, which would you take?
