Welcome @Rashauna Hunter!  Sounds like you are doing all the right things. I wish I would have started at 24!  I know J Scott recommends heading to your local Home Depot at 6 am to locate good contractors. Wishing you the best. I love Indianapolis.

I have an opportunity to invest in a 60 x 108 lot in Arizona City, Arizona. It would be my first investment and I'm having analysis paralysis. Please help!  The comps for other lots that have sold were for a less amount. The homes in the neighborhood are in the 80s.  Thanks for any input.

Hi, I'm new to real estate.  I just finished real estate school, but still need to take exams.  I am currently interested in learning more about investment real estate with low or no money down.  Are there any members here that live in or near Casa Grande?
