Hey Ross,

I recently saw that they have free MeetUp gatherings.  Is this just to recruit, or do you get any good information?  I thought about attending but was afraid it was just another "guru."  Thanks!

Hello!  Congratulations on your log cabin in Gatlinburg, TN.  So exciting!  I'm in Arizona but I do have a vacation rental in Mexico (not on VRBO) that is rented out through our website.  We have a local man that checks on our property every week and e-mails us with updates.  It's been working really well for us for the past 3 years.  If you have any questions I'd be happy to help.  Good luck!

You are so smart to start so young in your Real Estate investing endeavors.  So, don't be so hard on yourself.   I would recommend taking the "free course" under the Education tab.  Then start listening to the Podcasts as they have a lot of good information about wholesaling.  Bird-dogging is just looking for properties that appear to be "vacant", weeds in the yard, and no one ever there.  Walking around your neighborhood is a good way to find these kind of properties - no car needed.  Neighbors can help verify whether "vacant" or not.  No numbers needed.  The investor will take it from there.

Keep learning and growing your education.  Stay focused on what you want and you will do great.

Hi Larry,

You can google "cheap bandit signs" and all kinds of websites come up, or you can make them yourself.  Just be aware that Bandit Signs are illegal in some areas.  Have you considered posting an ad in Craigslist or even putting a sign on your car that you Buy Houses?
