nin hao Kevin.  Be prepared for the economy in Houston to enter more uncertainty this year.  The oil boom here from 2011 to 2014 has taken a 180 degree turn in the last 18 months.  Thousands of people rushed into town with good jobs available and many apartment buildings were then built to accommodate.  In addition home prices soared.  Now, layoffs continue as new apartment building projects are just wrapping up.  Be careful this is quite a dynamic.
