We were informed that the repairs were done. The home inspector was going to reinspect the repairs. My son was just measuring for window treatments but the home appeared unlived in and the cats were out of control. It is a mess. Thanks for the quick responses!

My son recently went to contract after a home inspection. Yesterday he went to inspect the repairs and they were not completed or were done by an unlicensed professional. Apparently the home is now vacant with the exception of five cats which are defecating wherever they want. Closing is less than 90 days away. He still wants the home but feels that the value has changed. Any suggestions? Thanks..

No my name is part of the LLC. The only benefit that I can see using the existing name is that at the time, only I had provided proof of funds documentation. My concern as you can imaging is if they are using that document as justification for purchases.

You guys are great. And the collective experience and advice is amazing. Thanks again.

My name is the LLC. Have a meeting scheduled with my attorney.
Just thought it was odd to not change the name or the registration.

Thanks - Tom
