I am looking for someone that has some experience in purchasing a mobile home park, from valuation all the way to the pros and cons of owning a park.  I am looking at a couple of ma and pa parks that have become available.

John,

You can do either get the lien and just collect the interest or the ultimate better goal is to get the property after redemption.

Has anyone ever worked with a company called United Tax Liens?  They have a data base where you can purchase liens/deeds through their relationships with banks and hedge funds.  I heard you have to pay in the $10k range for their expertise and coaching.  I just want to hear from someone directly that has worked with them recently.

I was wondering if there is anyone that has worked with Home Partners as either an agent representing a renter or as a listing agent selling a property to Home Partners?  I am just looking for some insight on your experience.

I just viewed a webinar from Cody Sperber and this program is called the "Deal Automator".  I was wondering if anyone has purchased this program.  I have some association with Cody Sperber with past purchases and thought for a guru he was ok.  Looking for any feedback.

I was at a Renatus meeting last night and they did a presentation on velocity banking where you use your lines of credit to pay off mortgage(s).  The presentation was done well, but it went to quick to actually do the calculations.  Has anyone ever been involved with Renatus or velocity banking and has verification that it works or not?

Mir Ali.  I did not take it for I found out that there is way more to it than he advertises.  Check you tube videos from Shaun Beige and he explains where Bob Diamond courses fall short.  I have talked to him and he is very humble about the subject; he does not put down Bob Diamond, but he will show you the shortfalls of Diamond's program.
