Tax lien/deed investing

Has anyone ever worked with a company called United Tax Liens?  They have a data base where you can purchase liens/deeds through their relationships with banks and hedge funds.  I heard you have to pay in the $10k range for their expertise and coaching.  I just want to hear from someone directly that has worked with them recently.

I would not pay that kind of money for any program of this sort. Yes you can make good money with tax liens and tax deeds. But when you buy thru a company like that, they bought a package of liens or deeds and they Cherry picked all the good ones and sell the rest. Don't do it
