@Jon W. I was thinking the same thing. I know we dont manage millions in assets for stupid investors. They have to know or be advised well on investments. I've been doing decent with this market. 

Detroit is a great market to invest in. I'm here witnessing it. Also reading articles that imply that Warren Buffet and many others are investing here as well says something.

Yeah, the air here is alot cleaner now in my opinion. I've been dealing with out of state and over sea investor, hadnling acquisitions and asset management for them. SO far so good

I actually enjoy dealing with wholesalers. They bring buyers. As an agent, that alleviates some of the work I do and I'm able to share a piece oif the pie with someone.
