Good luck with learning and investing. As you all probably know or have heard, Michigan has a great ROI right now and predicted to be for a while.

Hey Alex, Welcome to BP.

I'm not seasoned in any other markets except Michigan. I suggest you deal with vendors and wholesalers with unlisted/MLS properties. Makes them kinda exclusive.
