My name is Rachael Harmatz and I am an aspiring Interior Decorator and Real Estate Investor. 

As far as my investment strategy goes, I have recently read a couple of books on real estate and would like to start out primarily by wholesailing. 

I am looking to find lucrative deals and get them under contract for mainly cash buyers.

Aside from investing, I am a volunteer for organizations such as "To Write Love On Her Arms" and "Women In Distress" - I help drug addicts and domestic violence survivors and I also have a strong interest in psychology.
