@Travis Biziorek I actually have out of state/overseas buyers who purchase the product that I come across. Most have been in the game for a while so that makes it a smooth process, but if something goes wrong or a piece of the puzzle is missing and holding up closings, the time difference can be a big pain.

@Jonathan Davis Welcome, deals in your market come across my desk from time to time. Pm me and we will keep in touch. That way once something comes up I can send it to you then you or someone you know can assess the deal and see if its worth moving forward. 

@Edson Jean What market are you purchasing in? I have tons of info about the Detroit market if that applies to you.

I think it is good for agents and wholesalers to work together. I've had some good experiences and some not so good experiences dealing with wholesalers. The situation gets tense after the wholesaler markets properties that I already broker and they were not aware so their fee schedule is altered a bit.
