Newbie investor/agent from Atlanta
Hello Bigger Pockets I am Jonathan Davis i became a member a few years ago but i was on the sidelines for a very long time i am here in Atlanta Ga ,i got my license in 08 when the market turned and i did not sell any properties and ended up letting my license lapse. I recently reinstated my license to get access to the MLS and i figured it would make me a better investor i am here to learn as much as i can i listen to the podcast daily and i catch the webinars which are so full of information.My interest is in Wholesaling so that i can build up my funds for buy and hold and rentals properties,I have learned so much on this site and ready to learn more and network with great people thanks.

@Jonathan Davis Hi, Welcome to BP! I think MLS access and connections to other realtors definitely makes you a better investor. That was smart to reinstate your license. Good luck!
