Double Amen on that Brent!  I always thought that, the money used to pay these exorbitant mentor/course fees could be used to do your first deal and invest in marketing?!  So glad I didn't fall into that BIG trap!

Are you familiar with GaREIA?  We are having an investors meeting on the SouthSide of Atlanta tomorrow night (I lead the SouthSide group).  It's at 6:30 pm at the Piccadilly in College Park off of Old Nat'l Hwy/Godby Rd.

Are you familiar with GaREIA? The SouthSide group is having a meeting this Wed, 2/4/15 at 6:30 pm at the Piccadilly in College Park off of Old Nat'l Hwy/Godby Rd. It's a good place to network with other Southside real estate investors! This month the topic will be appraisals and determining ARV.
