Brand new GA investor ready to learn!

Hello everyone!

My name is Blake Charitat. I just started attending college, and am already realizing that a conventional job is not the best fit for me. I have never been one to "follow the herd" and am a bit of a very small scale serial entrepreneur. I love the idea of working for myself and working hard for proportional rewards. I am a passionate, positive and motivated person as well as a voracious learner. My short term goal is to have my first wholesale deal under my belt before summer time, and my long term goals are too lengthy to list here! I can't wait to get started and start gaining the experience necessary to become successful in this business.

This far, I have found a local investor who graciously provided me with the attorney she uses to close her deals as well as the contracts she uses. I have ordered bandit signs and am in the process of starting a direct mail campaign to a list of absentee owners in my area acquired from Listsource. I am confident in my ability to speak to people, negotiate, etc. However, I'm still a bit shaky on the numbers side of things. Estimating repair costs, calculating ARV and things of that nature, I am still uneasy with. However, I know these things come with experience.

I am always looking to connect with new people, so please don't be afraid to talk to me!

Thanks a ton!

Blake Charitat
