State Farm Insurance has really good rates if they offer it in your area.

You might want to check with a small community bank. Keep going from bank to bank until you find a "YES".  

If you do decide to invest in that area, make sure that you do everything in your power to tenant-proof your rental.

We had a water leak that soaked some of our carpet. We called ServPro, but was wondering what everyone's thoughts are on this issue? They extracted and pulled carpet up and extracted what was in the padding, then placed blowers under carpet. Your feedback on this is appreciated!

Hello BP members! My wife and I rented our first home in south Georgia, and we live in the Jacksonville area now. We are looking forward to obtaining our second rental and would like for it to be a multi-family home.
