Jacksonville class D north of Downtown?
Hi all, I'm a part time investor in Jax. I have one SFR in Mandarin and am looking to start acquiring property in C neighborhoods. I notice an abundance of insanely cheap houses northwest of downtown, making me think they are class D and not something I should mess with as a newer investor. Has anyone successfully invested in those areas?

I own three duplexes in the area brought them cash same guys in the area remodel it for cheap and now I am collecting $525 per unit. Property Management in place. It all depends. Those properties are cheap for a reason. Do your homework. Call the city make sure they do not have too many liens or any liens at all, check to see if the taxes are current if your buying distress properties.
Good Luck!
