Hi all, I own 2 unit on a small condo of 20 units. Currently the President want to quit. Should I step up to help being a secretary or vice-president?

Am I getting myself into any kind of trouble or should is let other handle that.

The current President mention she been doing for 10 years for free and no one appreciate at mean time everyone got any issue always call her and complaints, she is doing for free.

Hi all, I have been banking with chase business checking for years, recently with the rate hike I plan to look for a checking account that pays a interest rate also work with zelle. As I collect my rent using zelle

Many business bank I talk to with high interest rate doesn’t work with zelle.

Anyone has any input?
