Hi all, my tenant suppose to be out by end of lease but she still there claiming the furniture hasn’t been pick up by the provider that rented to her yet.

We already gave her two day extention by charge her extra two day rent but still not out yet. Can we just tell her if her furniture if is not out by end of today things is out to get throw out by us?

Is there a form where I can provide to tenant for her to fill out her new address to return her deposit?

If so what’s the form called to search on google? Or can anyone share such form with me?

Is this job similar to attorney or paralegal? Would you take someone who work as case manager at criminal justice as tenant?

I am hesitated because sometime attorney or who work on legal department are hard to manage.

But never deal with someone who work as caae manager at criminal justice part.
