Build your side business before you quit. When trying to go after loans for real estate investments banks will look to and for your W-2 income. Your income in the banks mind will pay for the loan/note in the event you dont have I rented out or your tenant fails to pay. Start a business because your business will support the loan even if your property cant.

Electronic lock box or numerical tumbler lock that mounts to an easily accessible location. Be weary of electrical things and the outdoor elements though. They look nice but not very long lasting.

 Wow thanks for giving us an heads up. Great catch!!! I usually just use turbo tenant or another landlord app and they pull it as well as background checks on the tenants tab. This ensures it accurate and it hasn't been tampered with.
