Access is key I think like a few others mentioned above. You don't want something to go wrong i.e. A simple hose fix and you have to tear the entire counter top out to get to it.

Congrats Taylor Shapiro you are a major inspiration! Were any of your flips in low income areas? How did you pick your flips? Did you just try to find the cheapest homes and flip? What was your deciding factor when choosing potential projects?
