suggestions for lockboxes or other system to secure keys?

I'm looking for suggestions for lock boxes for keys at SFRs.

I'm not out of state, but I'm not a close enough drive that I can be there to meet the handy man for every repair call. I'm looking for a lockbox system where I can put an extra key to the house, but have it be secure and access controllable.  Any suggestions?
