A pure real estate question about Las Vegas. I really enjoy the Las Vegas area. But I know job market is scare but the homes are fairly cheaper then where I am from (San Diego ,Ca)

Would investing in some homes in Vegas a smart idea? Or is it too soon to tell.

I wanna hear everyone's thoughts about the buying an investing in Las Vegas.

Happy holidays.

Jon Klaus thanks for the warm welcome. I agree, Sandy did hit the button with that response. I am in the beginning stages of creating my own Property Management Company. My companies main goal is to create more opportunities for any level investor. This is why I will be studying the the Pros and Cons about the topic in detail. However I really want to land in Commercial Property as soon as possible.

Hello Brandon Turner I understand where you are coming from about Property Mangers are like employees. In most cases that is what they are; Individuals that tend to landlording duties and report to the property owners, etc. In my Perspective though. Dont you think a lot of Property Owners / Investors are too over look when it comes to their rental properties and become careless when it comes to choosing the right Property Mangers???

Sandy Blanton I completely agree with your response and I have messaged you for further information. However this question seems to be debatable. I understand the fact that discounted Property Managers tend to produce less work ethic to Property Owners. But how do you dignify if a Property Management Company have a great designed infrastructure??

Thank you for the Replies. Anymore examples or opinions will be helpful.
