Post: Kitchen appliances

Question for all the experienced landlords out there- I'm just starting to renovate my first property in order to get it ready for rental. The kitchen is out dated and has original cabinets and countertops (both wooden in color). I'm redoing the counter tops with something more updated (some type of granite) and repainting the cabinets white and adding new pulls since they're in good shape. I currently have white appliances in there ( fridge and dishwasher are only a couple months new). So alas my question is   Is it worth it to replace all the appliances with stainless steel to give the full makeover look? Or keep the current appliances since it will be a rental? Any input appreciated. Thanks!

In light of Britain leaving the EU, I came across the article below.

Would like to get everyone's opinion on the mortgage rates being even lower and whether some see as an opportunity to grow their portfolio or sign of another "bubble"?

Hello All!

I just joined BiggerPockets after reading "The Book on Managing Rental Properties". Throughout the book they made key references to BiggerPockets and how great of a tool it is for real estate investing and management.

I'm relatively new to the real estate business and eager to learn the tricks of the trade. Interested in networking and learning about Real Estate Wholesaling, House Flipping, and Buy and Hold Cash Flow Investing.

Just started my own business and have one property that I'm in the process of remodeling and getting ready for rental by September. Have LOVED the process so far and would like to grow my business with multiple properties. As I said before, I'm very eager to learn from professionals like yourselves and would enjoy having a mentor in this field. If in the Maryland area please message me to exchange experiences and advice.

Thanks!
