That is is the ONLY one thing that scares me most about condos are the HOA, I would definitely consider that first as @Allen Thomas mentioned.

Secured a hard money lender? You need finance for what part? You may just need a partner. I'm a little confused. Maybe you could explain in better details.

I'm from Conyers, but have family in the area so thinking of coming out that way to meet some like minded people who could advise me on the area. Hope to be there. Plus I have another good reason to visit.
