Calling all Woodstock, GA; Kennesaw, GA; Acworth, GA and Canton, GA real estate investors, wholesalers, newbies, real estate agents and anyone involved, or wanting to get involved in the local real estate investing community!

Let’s come together for an evening of networking on Monday, February 22nd at 7:00 PM in Downtown Woodstock at Truck & Tap. The purpose of the meet-up is to get to know one another and figure out if there is enough synergy to schedule future meet-ups. If there is enough synergy, we can collectively decide what we want the future meet-ups to look like.

Please respond to this post and let me know if you are in. I spoke with the folks at Truck & Tap and they believe 20 attendees on a Monday night will not pose a capacity problem. If there are more than 20 folks who RSVP, we will likely have to meet-up elsewhere. I hope this is the case!

Truck & Tap is located at 8640 Main St, Woodstock, GA 30188.

Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions, comments or concerns. I look forward to building some lasting relationships and helping each other achieve our real estate investing goals!

Please help spread the word!

Eli

@Eli Rose, Thanks for orchestrating this meetup. @Julie Kern, Thanks  for inviting me in. Unfortunately I have prior commitments on Mondays, but I'm thinking I might steal away for this. Look forward to meeting everyone there!

This should work for me, it's late enough to where I should be able to make it home from work.

    Nice work.

Either my wife OR myself would love to be there. I don't think our 14 month old will allow all 3 of us to show up ;-)

    Added to calendar.

@Eli Rose, if any changes happen, will you be posting that info right here?

Ah Woodstock... My old stomping ground. I grew up there when all that build out didn't exist. I have been In Canton, Ga the last 10 years or so.

I might go just to get out of the office some! lol

Looks like a bunch of SFR investors will be there which is not what I do but could be fun anyways.

Thanks for the great response everyone!  So far, 19 folks have RSVP’d!

I called Truck & Tap back to get a second opinion on capacity and they feel confident a group of 20 to 25 people should not pose a problem on a Monday night.  For those who have not visited Truck & Tap, you can check them out at www.truckandtap.com.

@Pete McPherson - Yes, any changes will be posted here.  Congrats on the new addition to your family! I will likely have a 2 to 3 week old when the meet-up rolls around.

@Joel Owens – The meet-up will be held on 02/22/2016 at 07:00PM at Truck & Tap in Downtown Woodstock - 8640 Main St, Woodstock, GA 30188. Hope to see you there!

I look forward to meeting each of you!

I'm from Conyers, but have family in the area so thinking of coming out that way to meet some like minded people who could advise me on the area. Hope to be there. Plus I have another good reason to visit.
