Greetings,

I've been frequenting this site for over a month now, but finally signed up today. I've learned a lot of information from the post threads, BiggerPockets Udemy free course, and YouTube videos. I now feel more confident and prepared to jump off of the fence and actually implement the information that I've learned to land my first deal. Hoping to learn more and network with like-minded individuals. Happy investing everyone!
